Charities that Support Flight Attendants...can use your help!

The AFA-CWA Disaster Relief Fund delivers immediate cash assistance to AFA members and retirees who have suffered significant damage to and/or relocation from their primary residence as a result of a declared national disaster. Since its beginning in fall of 2001, it has provided support in the aftermath of many large-scale disasters, both natural and man-made. CAUSE (which stands for Concerned Attendants for a United Support Effort) is an army of volunteers with only one paid employee, and all requests are kept in the strictest confidence.  At their website,, you will find more information as well as how to donate.

The United We Care Employee Relief Fund makes confidential grants to United employees and retirees needing basic assistance unavailable through other resources. Donations may be made by employees via payroll deduction, credit card or check. Retirees may donate via credit card or check.
