Let your pass riders list themselves

Retirees may grant their pass riders limited access to employeeRES so they may list themselves on flights. Visit the following link for step-by-step instructions:

Once the pass rider is signed up and has set-up their own password, United will send an email to them with a link they use for listing.

Remember: Retirees are responsible for the conduct of their pass riders, including appropriate attire, adherence to pass travel guidelines and any service charges / imputed taxes the pass riders incur.
